A small Sunday reset

Three questions for putting a week down and picking the next one up.

Look back gently

What gave you energy this week? What took more than you expected? Write one sentence for each. There is no score to calculate and no need to find a lesson in everything.

Look at what is already there

Check the fixed parts of next week first: appointments, travel, and the time you need between them. A calendar is more helpful when it includes getting there.

Choose one thing

Choose a small thing you would like more of. A walk, a call, or half an hour with a book is enough. Put it somewhere with room on either side.
